HAWKRIDGE Victorian Botanical Tea. Three years in development, our flagship gin is as exceptional on the inside as it is on the outside. Crafted by the same team whose previous creation won ‘Best English London Dry Gin’ at the World Gin awards 2021, Hawkridge London Dry has been created using a beautiful blend of floral and herbal botanicals, all popular in the British Victorian era. Its complex and well-balanced flavour comes through beautiful forward notes of rich citrus, fragrant herbs and honey and a lasting floral note.
BOTANICALS
Juniper, coriander, citrus peel, lavender, wild blackcurrant leaves, lemon verbena, fresh mint, rosemary and rose petals, smoothed with a dash of honey from our own hives.

The birthplace of Hawkridge Distillers, the landscape gifts us wild-flowers, herbs and berries. Further inspired by the grand splendour of the Victorian properties that nestle on the hill, this gin brings to life a time of opulence, extravagance and discovery. Crafted using a three-part method which includes traditional distillling techniques, vapour infusion and the addition of our Victorian inspired botanical tea.
