TASTING NOTES
NOSE | Initially, very fresh citrus, followed by juniper, with hints of savoury saltiness.
TASTE | Fresh citrus, classic juniper, sharp, warm cassia and ginger spices, mellowed by buckwheat.
FINISH | Peppery spices, enhanced by tail pepper, lead to a long-lasting finish.
