Made by multi-award winning winery Vina Almirante in Rias Baixas in the North-West of Spain. The 'Pionero' Albariño is simply fabulous. Galicia's primary grape variety, Albarino has a thick skin to protect it from mildrew, caused by the cool wet climate. An excitingly fresh and elegant wine, made for seafood or simply to enjoy by itself.

Citrus, green apple and pear with a fresh mineral finish.
Aromas of apple, fresh hay, pineapple and natural vanilla draw you in, while the palate is lively and fresh, with citrus, pineapple and pithy lemon flavours. Juicy, clean and zesty on the finish, and chiseled in terms of structure and acidity.
