Jones Raspberry and Lime Gin is hand-crafted in small batches using ‘Skip’ our copper alembic still in the heart of Davenham Village, Cheshire. Our unique recipe has a combination of 15 botanicals, some are locally foraged from along the Weaver Valley including juicy fresh raspberries that makes for a delicious and fruity gin with a zesty finish.
NOSE
With juniper present, you’ll pick up much more sweet and citrussy aromas.
FRONT
Playful bouncing around of flavours. Raspberry really comes through to compliment the juniper.
MIDDLE
Juniper makes way for the citrus flavours to come through, and balancing off with the raspberry. Not overly sweet, still a proper gin at heart.
FINISH
Sweet and fresh berry flavours linger on the palate with juniper coming back through to let you know it is a gin your drinking.
