Fattoria di Vaira is one of the largest biodynamic and organic farms in Italy with more than 500 hectares of vegetables, grains, olive groves and bee hives amongst around 40 hectares of vines. The aim is to produce terroir driven produce whilst respecting the land and making the most of the deep, clay rich soil and mediterranean environment.
A great introduction to orange wines with vibrant apple and quince flavours, pithy orange texture and a savoury, nutty finish.
