Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
Waka/Jawaka 2021 is a super special beer release for us - it is and was collaborative project (code name Studio Z) we started last summer with Birmingham chef Brad Carter, championing British ingredients.
Hopped with Harlequin, CF182 (Opus to be), Jester T45 & Olicana T45
These are not very famous hops but they are what we have to take to the Americans in all things juice related.
We are really really happy with the result and completely bemused as to why there aren't any other haze breweries championing these hops.
