One of our biggest missions is to help dig out those amazing new and micro breweries that not only blow us away, but also you know are going to be rock stars on the scene.
We first found Woodland Brewing and Dave when we popped in for a pint at his Taproom...and minds were blown by the talent! A collab.had to be done...
This time we've gone for a more sessionable 4.6% Pale Ale but didn't scrimp on the hop content. Made with Citra, Motueka and new kid Krush, it has awesome Citrus notes, with tropical fruit backing up it's big mouthfeel, and just a touch of pine to keep it moreish.
All Dave's beers which contain Citra have to have a name linked to superheroes...so who else was it gonna be then legend of 80s TV...Monkey Man!
The only thing more iconic then him? This beer!
