We've upped the vienna malt addition on our latest DDH giving it a delicious residual sweetness and light orange tone. Citra and Mosaic were used hot side to layer up blueberry, citrus and tropical fruit flavours. Citra then takes the charge on the dry hop with Nelson and Idaho 7 in support. Hot side: Citra/Mosaic Cold Side: Citra/Idaho 7/ Nelson
