Cloudwater v One Drop - DIPA V18

 We teamed up with our friends from One Drop in Sydney, Australia, for the next instalment of our V series.

DIPA v18 uses Clean Fusion, an innovative hop infusion process developed by our friends at One Drop in Sydney, Australia. v18 is our first trial, focusing on the brewing industry's wider efforts to invent new and effective flavour extraction techniques. We've utilised a plethora of NZ hops for this: Motueka, Pacific Jade, Nelson and our first use of Nelson Subzero Hopkief from our friend at Freestyle Hops.
