Brew York - Rodney You Tonka

Alright, Dave! Let me introduce you to the first of two collabs produced with Lakes Brew Co. Both stem from our mutual love of the unusual but amazingly fragrant tonka beans we enjoy using in beers so much. For the first time here we explore how tonka can be used in a sour beer to give the marzipan-like character we expect in an Amaretto Sour. Cherries further accentuate the almond notes and a juicy body, whilst lemons add an additional tang to reign in the sweetness. Rodney, you absolute tonka!
