This collaboration has been on the cards for quite some time, but things kept getting in the way. But it was worth the wait, because it's worth its weight! With Yuzu-Berry Double Cheesecake we have taken our Cheesecake series and bumped it up a notch to 10% (this is the biggest pastry sour we have ever brewed!). On top on that big beery base we have added Strawberry, Blueberry, Vanilla and Yuzu!
It's dangerously delicious!
Citrussy Yuzu, strawberries, blueberries and all the cheesecakes. This beer is insane! Not just because of it's size but because of its drinkability!
