Aromatic wine of the Messina festival, obtained from the fermentation of freshly pressed must with cooked must flavoured with black cherry leaves, carob, dried figs and unripe mandarins according to the ancient traditional recipe.
Aged 6 months in steel on the lee.
A sweet aromas of dried figs with walnuts, quinces and cloves. On the palate it incredible structure and rich aftertaste and a tantalizing finish.
It needs to be drunk to be believed.
