Mahia is an ancestral Moroccan spirit drink made from figs. For centuries, it has been traditionally prepared by Moroccan Jewish communities. In recent years, this spirit became rare to find. Or worse, it became entangled with illegal and informal alcohol production in Morocco.

Inspired by Mahia, Sahara offers a contemporary revival with a twist. Crafted with the finest figs and a hint of aniseed. Sahara is further enriched with notes of apricots, almonds, honey and cinnamon.
