After the fermentation, the wine is aged in 1 year in tonneau, 1 year in big oak barrel and 1 years in concrete tank. It gets cleaned just by decanting. The wine is bottled without filtration in numbered bottles, and it refines for three months before selling.
Wine with a rich and complex character that combines the feminine grace of spicy, floral and fruits-of-the forest aromas with the firm and decisive strength of its tannins, and refreshing acidity.
Fresh and fruity perfumes of blueberry and violet and velvet notes of almond. In the mouth it expresses harmony and intense flavour, an incredible example of this highly sought after style.
