Rocca Sveva - Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC

A much acclaimed wine that is produced by an ancient technique to give more body and character to Valpolicella wine by running the wine over the dried skins used in the production of Amarone. This unique technique known as “Ripasso” greatly enhances the colour, flavour and structure of the Valpolicella without altering its freshness.

Intense ruby red tending to orange with cellaring. Generous and fruit-rich, with prominent notes of cherry, blackberry, and vanilla. Long-lingering, elegant, with well-balanced, glossy tannins

70% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 10% Molinara
