Firstly the the activity of brewing, but secondly we will always be looking at new inovations and ways to improve.
Our latest DIPA is testament to this, we’ll often be looking for a new lever to pull or dial to turn, so we did a deep dive into East Coast stylr IPA and did some tweaking.
Named “Big Softy”, this new DIPA has a massive amount of wheat for a soft mouthfeel and hopped with Azacca, Simcoe and Galaxy giving a massive tropical, citrus hit and subtle dankness.
