Our latest DDH Lager takes a classic pilsner base, fermented with our house pilsner yeast which then undergoes an extended cold conditioning. Once complete we dry hop at the same rate as our DDH pales using Citra and Nectaron. Sumptuous pineapple, passionfruit and citrus aroma fused with a crisp, clean finish. Hot side : Idaho 7 cryo Cold side: Citra/Nectaron
