Fattoria di Calappiano has a fascinating history dating all the way back to Medici Florence in the 1500s. The estate, owned by the Sensi family, is made up of 200 hectares of vines planted alongside beautiful olive groves and woodlands. Barrel aged for 24 months, the Chianti Riserva is well structured with notes of woodiness and cherries followed by a nice soft fruity palate. Medium bodied in style!
