Cloudwater - A Rainbow In Curved Air

We've really enjoyed our return to having a constant stream of West Coast IPAs coming out of the brewery. This time, we've given it the DDH treatment, a classic hop bill of Mosaic and Centennial to hark back to the West Coast beers that inspired us. However, we've used a lager yeast strain again to balance the resinous finish with a crisp edge. The result is like drinking liquid boiled sweets, marmalade and orange peel with a dry and clean ending.
