Ant Gin is a small batch craft gin made using the curious distillation of edible black ants and other fine London Dry Gin botanicals.
Defending against predators, black ants spray formic acid as a deterrent. This gives an unusual exciting citrus burst to our perfectly balanced gin.
Ant Gin is distilled with up to 1000 black ants, in our still “Ethel”in Sale, Cheshire and blended with spring water taken from an ancient moorland spring in Kelbrook, Lancashire.
