Elusive Brewing - Turn Out The Light

This soft and juicy Pale Ale is brewed in the New England style with plenty of oats and wheat. We used Citra and Galaxy hops in the whirlpool then dry hopped with more Citra and Galaxy along with Vic Secret for an Australian-led hop bill. Expect notes of peach and passion fruit.
