To make Malaspiedras, they use the oldest vines planted by their grandparents, just like the El Plano, Balondo, Vasconegro and El Anagorio plots. All of them are eco-friendly.
Malaspiedras ferments these plots separately in 1000 litre open plastic tanks with its own yeast. The wine is aged in 500 litre French, American and Hungarian oak barrels.
Malaspiedras is a red wine with excellent harmony, delicious fruits and a good depth thanks to the ageing process.
