We did the gins...so now we are doing the rums!!! We strove for a long time to find the smoothest recipe we could.
The end result??? An explosion of flavour with Clove-studded orange, Hawthorn berries, Szechuan pepper for the spice, very slightly blended with Tonka Bean for a smooth finish.
