It all starts with Nectaron & Motueka, firstly being added in the whirlpool they set the foundation with a sweet citrus and watermelon base. Cold side additions of Nectaron, Galaxy & Motueka (added at 12g/L) along with delicate esters from our house yeast, have gifted us with a whopping 6.2% IPA! Brimming with ripe mango, watermelon and orangey citrus goodness. Yum!
