For our final new beer of 2024 we've gone BIG! We decided to go out with a bang using a mixture of our all time favourite hops along with a couple of our new favs and a brand new hop product to us, YCH's Dynaboost. Dynaboost is an oil-enriched hop extract that is perfect for using on the hot side as we can then get the maximum amount of precious hop oils into the fermenter. Here we used Citra Dynaboost along with Nectaron T90s before double dry hopping with Nelson Sauvin, Strata, Citra Cryo and Mosaic Cryo at 22g per L! The result is a true hop lovers joy, a thick and juicy DIPA that's completely hop saturated and fit to bursting with aroma and flavour.
